Rustproofing Line
A black fluid type liquid, offering an environmentally friendly, effective corrosion inhibitor providing excellent protection with low VOC's. USES Used to coat the frames and undercoat parts of automobiles, trucks, buses, recreational vehicles and farm equipment. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES COLOUR: BLACK SOLIDS BY VOLUME: 32 % approx. WEIGHT PER GALLON: 9 lbs. (approx.) COVERAGE: ***** DRYING TIME: 2 - 6 hours. TOUCH DRY: ***** FIRM DRY: ***** CORROSION RESISTANCE: Salt spray 600 hrs.+ at 2.5 mil. thickness APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: ***** FLAMMABILITY: Does not burn LIMITATIONS Black rust inhibitor is used for bottom side applications only. Do not store above 120°F or below 5 °F. Do not use as a primer under conventional paints. PREPARATION Metal must be free from all dirt, oil and grease. APPLICATION Apply product at film thickness of 2 - 4 mils. CLEAN-UP Use P.B.I. Clean Up. SHELF LIFE All rust proofing materials have shelf life as follows: Water-based products:3 months when never frozen AVAILABILITY 1 LTR 3.78 LTR. 20 LTR 60 LTR 205 LTR CAUTION If ingested keep person warm, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention. |
