PBI Kleer-O-Seal

A deep penetrating solvent based curing and sealing membrane for concrete. A long lasting durable coating with a matte finish. Also comes in a high gloss finish. Prevents dusting and wearing.

USES

For use on any new or old concrete floor. Used to cure or seal sidewalks, driveways, pavers, landscape pavers, bridges, industrial floors and garage floors. Any where concrete is used. Adds durability and resistance to most staining and spills including petroleum products.

LIMITATIONS

Avoid use near food or other susceptible products. Not for use below grade. Do not use in heavy traffic areas, on asphalt, tar, plastic, rubber or fabrics. Do not use over freshly painted or stained surfaces.

PREPARATION

Clean all surfaces from dust, oil, dirt, grease, loose paint or broken concrete. Poor substrate should be repaired first, using P.B.I. Concrete Bonding Agent and portland cement mixture.

APPLICATION

Apply evenly across floor area, taking care not to form puddles. Apply by brush, roller or spray. If second coat is required, apply in opposite direction.

CLEAN-UP

Use P.B.I. CLEAN-UP.

SHELF LIFE

Up to 12 months in sealed container.

CAUTION
